Authorities seek the public’s help in a San Marcos death that has been deemed suspicious, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies from the San Marcos Patrol Station responded to a call at about 3 p.m. April 5 of a person who was found dead inside an apartment in the 1000 block of Armorlite Drive, according to a sheriff’s report. Deputies found the person, who was not identified, dead with no immediate signs of trauma.
The Sheriff’s Homicide Unit was called in and is handling the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office stated. The county Medical Examiner’s Office is determining the cause of death.
