OCEANSIDE — Artists of all skill levels will participate in the second biennial Oceanside Museum of Art’s Plein Air Festival from July 15 to 22. This is an opportunity to celebrate creativity and the natural environment. The festival is not only about the artists who join in the creative process, it is also for the community at large and art lovers of all ages that have connections to Oceanside. Everyone is invited to share curiosity, wonder, and joy as they watch scenes of the ocean and beaches, landscapes, and cityscapes of Oceanside come to life on canvas and paper by artists of all levels.
