Kids Free in October
Families can hitch a free ride (well, almost free) to Oceanside on Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner during the month of October. Children under 15 ride free with paying adult. In addition, over 100 museums, attractions, restaurants and hotels throughout San Diego will participate in a region-wide Kids Free promotion in October. Oceanside’s popular California Surf Museum (CSM) and the Oceanside Museum of Art (OMA) will both offer free admission to children during the month. Regional attractions offering free child admission include SeaWorld San Diego, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and Hornblower Cruises.
