Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing “at risk” person: Sara Celeste Otero.  Sara is a 28 year-0ld white female 5’6″,  130 lbs.
Sara was last seen in the 1200 Block of Aldernay Ct in Oceanside at 8:40am on January 28, 2022. She was driving a charcoal gray Subaru Outback with California plate number 7GAB955.
No one has heard from her, she didn’t show up for work, her car is gone, and there’s no sign of her locally. Celeste is active in fire spinning, recovery, massage, healing, and festival community.
