Oceanside CA— This morning, Thursday, September 30, 2021, at approximately 7:15 AM, Oceanside Police responded to a reported shooting at the Oceanside Transit Center, 195 South Tremont Street. When officers arrived, they were directed to a male subject (31 years of age) who had sustained gunshot wounds to his abdomen and left hand. The victim was air lifted to Scripps Hospital in La Jolla and is currently listed in stable condition.
The suspect is identified as a white male adult approximately 5’ 7” tall, 140 lbs, blue eyes and brown hair. He also has tattoo’s under each eye.
The Oceanside Transit Center was shut down for several hours for this incident and investigation.
