Carlsbad CA— The Carlsbad City Library Learning Center, in partnership with the nonprofit organization AARP, will provide tax assistance on Wednesdays, February 6 through April 10 at the Library Learning Center, located 3368 Eureka Place. Participation is free and registration is requested, though walk-ins are also welcome from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
