Oceanside CA— On October 29, 2018, at about 9:15am, a Black male adult, with a white towel wrapped around his head, exposed his penis to passersby in the area of 333 N. Pacific Street, Oceanside. Later that afternoon, the same suspect exposed his penis within the Discount Dance Supply store located 2216 El Camino Real, Oceanside.
The above and below images were captured by video surveillance at the store.
The Oceanside Police are looking to identify additional victims of indecent exposure.
