Oceanside CA— On Thursday, April 26, 2018, Oceanside Police arrested two 17 year-old juveniles for the murder of 25-year-old Erik Ramsey. Ramsey was found shot at approximately 5:14 a.m., April 11, 2018, on the sidewalk near the intersection of Dubuque and McNeil St.
