San Marcos CA— Investigators with the San Marcos Sheriff’s Station want your help in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for an armed robbery at a donut shop in San Marcos.
Someone out there knows the man seen in these surveillance photos.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 1st at the Yum Yum Donuts located in the 1200 block of East Mission Road. The suspect pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the employee and demanded money from the register.
The suspect is described as a black man, approximate 25-30 years old, standing 5’8″ tall and weighing 180 pounds with a thin build and medium brown complexion.
He was last seen wearing a grey beanie, dark jacket, black shirt, dark blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
The suspect is considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS. If you see him, don’t approach him. CALL 9-1-1.
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call 9-1-1 or the Crime Stoppers an onymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
