SR-76 will reopen from Old Highway 395 to E. Vista Way

San Diego County CA— All Evacuation orders have been lifted in the Lilac Fire with some restrictions. The following areas will remain closed to everyone except residents. Residents must show identification to access these areas.

• Monserate Country Club, 4650 Dublin Rd. Fallbrook
• The area between 5200-5800 Olive Hill Rd

At this time there are still areas that services have yet to be restored. Utility companies are working around the clock to restore services in and around the fire area.
Drive slowly and yield to emergency vehicles. As you enter your property and evaluate damage, be aware hazardous conditions may still exist. If you see electrical wire on the ground, stay clear and contact SDG&E. Trees and poles with deep charring should be considered hazardous, particularly if still smouldering..
