Oceanside CA— Oceanside High School and the OHS Foundation/Alumni Association will be celebrating the opening of the new, on campus, OHS Performing Arts Center with a series of events. Construction on the center is set to be completed in mid-September.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 28, 10:00am-12noon.
Saturday, September 30, the public is welcome to attend an open house, 10:00am-2:00pm.
Saturday evening at 7:00pm, the OHS Foundation will be hosting a Benefit Concert with an exciting line up of talented OHS graduates, many of whom are professionals in the field of music and voice. They will be performing an assortment of delightful entertainment.
Mr. Mark Phelps, Class of 1971 and retired OHS Band Director, will be directing this captivating performance.
