Oceanside CA— Tonight’s match-up of unbeaten teams promises to be the game of the season, thus far. The Grizzlies of Mission Hills High School, at 3-0, are visiting the Oceanside Pirates, 4-0, however, if you are attending the game, don’t plan on parking at the high school.
OHS is currently undergoing a major construction project which has limited their onsite parking. To alleviate some of the parking concerns during all home football games this season, there will be a free shuttle that will run from Mission Elementary School, located, 2100 Mission Avenue in Oceanside, directly into OHS.
All spectators are urged to use the shuttle. The 5-minute shuttle ride service will start approximately an hour prior to the junior varsity game kickoff and run until a half hour after the varsity game ends.
Please be advised that there is NO event parking in the Mission Square Shopping Center across the street, north of the school. It is a private lot and if spectators choose to park there, their vehicle is at great risk of being towed at their own expense.
