Oceanside CA— With thousands of guests expected from around the world at this year’s Comic-Con, NCTD will provide service for characters and passengers alike who live or are staying in northern San Diego County. Comic-Con goers, and other visitors to downtown San Diego, should be aware of the following:

• A special non-regularly scheduled northbound train will depart Santa Fe Depot on Saturday evening at 9:15 p.m.
• Amtrak Rail-2-Rail trains that typically accept COASTER fare will not do so July 21-24.
• Passengers can purchase a RegionPlus Day Pass for $12 at ticket vending machines located at COASTER and SPRINTER stations. These passes cover all-day usage of the COASTER, SPRINTER, BREEZE, as well as MTS Trolley and buses.
