Elena Morales, Alma Casillas, Frank Cantu and Schelita Hill
Oceanside CA— Elena Morales, a kindergarten teacher at Mission Elementary and Alma Casillas a 2nd grade teacher at Palmquist Elementary were named Teachers of the Year, for 2016, at the Oceanside Unified School District.
Along with the Teachers of the Year, Schelita Hill, nutrition services lead at Ocean Shores High School and Frank Cantu, custodian at Santa Margarita were named 2016 Classified Employees of the Year at the Oceanside Unified School district.
