Vista CA— Vista Gang Enforcement Deputies and Adult Probation targeted gang members along with high risk probationers residing in the City of Vista. Deputies contacted Justin Curtis (3/8/91) at his residence 1554 Sunrise Drive.
Upon further investigation, Gang Enforcement Deputies and Probation Officers uncovered evidence related to a honey oil lab, several pounds of marijuana, and several thousand dollars in U.S. currency.
Curtis was transported and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for possession of marijuana for sales, manufacturing a controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, obstruction or resisting arrest, and for a probation violation.
