Carlsbad CA— Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 7:33 p.m., the City of Carlsbad Police Department responded to a hit-and-run traffic collision involving a cyclist near the intersection of El Fuerte Street and Chorlito Street.
Upon arrival Officers met with members of the Fire Department who advised that the victim was going to be transported to Scripps Hospital in La Jolla.
