Oceanside CA- NCTD Bus and train service is getting back to normal throughout the area but there are still a few areas impacted by the fires.
BREEZE DETOURS:
347 is on detour near CSUSM
395 is detoured as Pulgas area is closed to traffic
All other routes are operating on scheduled and on route.
RAIL:

LIFT and FLEX are operating normally where permitted by emergency services.
