Vista CA—The City of Vista’s Recreation and Community Services Department invites adults to get out and play this spring and experience for themselves why parks make life better by signing up for softball or basketball. Register starting January 2, 2020 at the Recreation Office at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, weekdays, 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Adult Softball

Men’s, women’s, and coed teams play in City of Vista parks Sun. through Fri. evenings. Fees are $484 for resident teams, and $580 for non-Vista resident teams. Individual players looking to be placed on a team may call (760) 643-5273 to be placed on a free agent’s list. Placement games begin in March.

Adult Basketball

Men’s beginner, intermediate and advanced open leagues are offered along with women’s leagues, and men’s 35 and older leagues. Five on five teams play at the Jim Porter Recreation Center Gym weeknights. Fees are $340 for resident teams and $408 for non-Vista resident teams. Individual players looking to be placed on a team may call (760) 643-5273 to be placed on a free agent’s list. Placement games begin in March.
