Pursuant to Board Policy 7112 and to fulfill the District’s obligation to promote fair and open competition for all capital projects funded with bond proceedings, the District hereby notifies the public of the following:

• At the upcoming Board meeting on September 12, 2019, the Board desires to consider the use of a project labor agreement for one or more construction projects using Measure LL funds.

This notification to the public of the District’s consideration of adopting a project labor agreement complies with Board Policy 7112 by notifying the public at least 90 days in advance of consideration.
By collaborating and working in collective partnership with clear two-way dialogue, the District and the Board appreciate the public’s involvement in the future of the District.
