Phil Sanchez serves as campus pastor at Saddleback San Diego. “We’re inviting everyone to join us as we celebrate Easter,” said Sanchez. “Sometimes we think we already know how our story will end, and we lose hope for the future. We give up on our career, on a family member, on ourselves. But at Easter we celebrate that just when it seemed like Jesus’ life was over, He rose from the dead. They thought his story was over, but it had only just begun. And the same is possible for each one of us, God is writing us a new story. One with new purpose and new hope.”
Saddleback San Diego is part of Saddleback Church, headquartered in Lake Forest, Calif.
