Vista CA— Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation presented its second 2018 Performing Arts Scholarship to graduating senior, Dylan Soto at the recent Vista High School Senior Awards Night.
Dylan is an outstandingly accomplished saxophonist. He was a member of Vista High Band, Symphonic Winds, as well as the Jazz Ensemble. Dylan also performed with the Palomar College Jazz Ensemble and is the youngest member of the Vista Big Band and Jazz Hall of Fame Orchestra.
Dylan has been accepted to Columbia University in New York where he plans to major in music with an emphasis on jazz.
