Garden Tapestries from Ramses Wissa Wassef Art Center in Giza, Egypt. Back by popular demand are the garden-themed tapestries from the Rameses Wissa Wassef Art Center in Giza, Egypt! The Egyptian artists in this exhibit vividly celebrate the flowers of the desert, villages and Nile River in their work. These tapestries are available for purchase with most of the proceeds going to support the artists – many of whom work on these tapestries for up to 2 years! Sculpture in the Garden. This unique exhibition showcases 52 sculptures from more than 30 talented artists – including renowned local artist James Hubbell – set against the beautiful backdrop of the San Diego Botanic Garden. Take a self-guided tour with the Garden’s Sculpture Map.
