Carlsbad CA— Carlsbad Republican Women (CRWF) is pleased to welcome Keith Blackburn, Carlsbad City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem, as our keynote speaker at the April meeting. Elected to the Council in 2008, and reelected in 2012 and 2016, Blackburn is a longtime champion for retaining our high quality of life in Carlsbad, while also working to maintain the city’s financial strength and security.
At the April 25th CRWF luncheon, Blackburn will address, “Navigating the Political Seas of Change in Carlsbad”, a topic of keen interest to the club’s membership. Blackburn has great optimism for the future of our beloved city; be there to hear his take on the issues and opportunities of our time!
