Oceanside CA—Woman’s Club of Oceanside honored our local heroes, first responders from the Oceanside Police Department, Police Chief Fred Armijo, Capt. Kedrick Sadler, Capt. Sean Marchand, Capt. Adam Knowland, Sgt. Greg Stahley, Crime Prevention Specialist Ashley Sanchez, Officer Gabriel Cobian, Officer Ashley Witherspoon, Officer Beatriz Gonzales, Officer Luke Rubish on September 2, 2021 at their clubhouse 1606 Missouri Ave., Oceanside, CA.
The guest speaker for the event, Police Chief Fred Armijo, gave a very informative presentation. The Chief explained about what’s going on in the community, challenges, solutions and plan.
Mayor Esther Sanchez was on hand to present the Certificates of Appreciation done by WCO President Rose Teding. The members were happy and appreciated the opportunity to talk to the Police Officers who were respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
