San Diego CA— San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), one of Southern California’s largest locally-owned financial institutions, is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at six locations, five in San Diego County and one in Riverside County. SDCCU has supported the San Diego Blood Bank for nearly 20 years. Blood donations are especially critical at this time of year after a busy winter season, and this year has been especially challenging. While an increased need for blood exists, donations have decreased due to businesses and community partners being unable to host normal drives due to newly implemented work from home policies.
