Carlsbad CA— During this time, there really is so much to be thankful for, in honor of Mother’s Day and the unprecedented impact of COVID-19. Westerlay Orchids has made it their true mission to spread joy and love to those that need it the most.
Westerlay’s most recent donation was in San Diego at La Costa Glen senior living community and their Health Center, GlenBrook, where 1000 residents call home and with 635 essential employees. The current pandemic has people from coast to coast staying safe inside their homes, making it challenging to celebrate the upcoming Mother’s Day holiday in the usual ways. But this generous donation by Westerlay Orchids brought joy and smiles to every resident and team member at La Costa Glen and GlenBrook.
Westerlay has delivered over 60k Orchids to local hospitals and essential workers across the nation and continues to spread the love with beautiful boxes of orchids.
The La Costa Glen and GlenBrook delivery was fulfilled today, Friday, May 8, delivering over 1,500 orchids and we would love for you and/or your team to share this amazing story for Mother’s Day as it will be bringing joy to many!
