Oceanside CA— Wounded Warrior Homes announced on Wednesday, they have purchased an Oceanside house to provide transitioning veterans with PTSD and TBI a safe home as they transition to civilian life.
The 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1890 square foot house will serve four veterans at a time. The house is Wounded Warrior Homes third property. The four veterans will be selected from the wait-list that Wounded Warrior Homes has of veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Wounded Warrior Homes is looking for community support to make some repairs on the house as well as continue to find housing for the remaining veterans on their wait-list. The top priorities are fixing the roof and the electrical panel.
