Carlsbad CA— The Filipino-American Cultural Organization (FACO) is inviting everyone to join them on their 5th Annual Hiyas Awards and 40th year celebration to be held Sunday, October 22nd, 2017, 5:00 pm-10:00 pm at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa located 5480 Grand Pacific Drive, Carlsbad .
This will be a formal gathering celebrating the 40th year of the Filipino-American Cultural Organization (FACO) and honoring eleven of San Diego’s most influential and successful Filipino-Americans by giving them the 2018 Hiyas Award.
“Hiyas” means precious jewels as these awardees are of highest esteem and had done valuable contributions to the society. This event will also honor the past presidents of the organization.
For entertainment, enjoy high-caliber performances from professional singers, deejay music and non-stop dancing all night long. Aside from sumptuous meal, there will also be door prizes awaiting the lucky winners.
