Oceanside CA— Children’s Paradise Preschool and Infant Centers (“Children’s Paradise”) was named the Education Partner of the Year by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce last Wednesday, July 12th. The annual awards recognize businesses for their contribution in stimulating economic prosperity and fostering a vibrant community. Children’s Paradise opened its fifth center, first in Oceanside, last year at 2017-A Mission Avenue, an area in need of economic revitalization. The high quality early education centers work to insure all children have access to high quality early learning to prepared them for elementary school and beyond regardless of the income of their families. This often results in a better job, creating more successful generation and ultimately improving the entire community, such as Oceanside.
“Even before they opened, Children’s Paradise jumped right into supporting the Oceanside community and the little ones who are growing up here, said Scott Ashton, chief executive officer of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. “In addition to the magnificent early education center our community has to send their youngest children to now, Children’s Paradise often hosts free learning events for families and has an incredible summer camp and afterschool program for kids for kindergarten through 5th graders.”
Children’s Paradise is also an active participant with the Chamber in Oceanside Promise, a community-wide commitment, anchored by the Oceanside Unified School District, to work together to ensure young people enter adulthood prepared to succeed – which all begins with a high-quality preschool or early childhood education.
“It is wonderful to be recognized for our commitment to children and their families in the communities we serve,” said Andrew Lowen, who accepted the award and is an integral part of Children’s Paradise and the founder and chief executive officer, Julie Lowen’s son. “We look forward to continuing to get to know all the families in Oceanside and supporting them where we can.”
