Dana Point CA— On Sunday, July 17th the Dana Point Lantern District Car Show promises to be even bigger and better, following its first wildly successful show earlier this year. Fantastic dining, cool classic cars and sensational shopping, the Dana Point Lantern District Car Show is a must-see event in Orange County, and it’s absolutely free.
Presented by the City of Dana Point, in conjunction with BlueChip Motorcars, the Dana Point Lantern District Car Show fills several city blocks from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Live music, hundreds of custom and classic cars on display, and thousands of attendees are drawn to the seaside community of Dana Point with its relaxed atmosphere and perfect weather. Awards including Best in Show, Mayor’s Cup and more will be presented to the most prestigious entries.
“The Lantern District Car Show is a great opportunity to visit Dana Point and enjoy our downtown. The unique cars, live music, restaurants and merchants make for a fun afternoon for the entire family,” said Mayor Tomlinson.
With some of the best beaches and restaurants in Southern California, the City of Dana Point has completely redesigned its downtown, making it easier and friendlier for the community and the millions of visitors it sees every year to enjoy.
