Carlsbad CA— On Monday, November 16th, please join the North County Republican Coalition (NCRC) in welcoming Dolores Chavez, President of Valley Center Republican Women, and Hispanic Outreach Chair for the state-wide California Federated Republican Women organization. Dolores is a well-known leader in advancing Republican missions and goals in the Hispanic community, and strongly promotes Hispanic participation in the political process and representation in our government.
Delores Chavez is a tireless volunteer in such organizations as the Hispanic 100, Latino American Political Association (LAPA), and sits on the board of the San Diego Union Tribune’s Latino Advisory Council. In 2014, she received the first “Woman of Distinction Award” from Assembly-woman Marie Waldron of the 75th AD.
Also on November 16th, NCRC welcomes Carlsbad Mayor Matt Hall to discuss the proposed 85/15 Development Plan on the Agua Hedionda Lagoon in Carlsbad and action by the City of Carlsbad. Additionally, Mayor Hall will speak to the impact of this project on North County and the San Diego region.
The North County Republican Coalition (NCRC) promotes local Republican candidates and conservative issues in North County. NCRC meets the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at 83 Degrees, 660 Carlsbad Village Drive (Corner of Carlsbad Village Dr. & Roosevelt Street) Carlsbad, CA 92008.
