Oceanside CA– The Oceanside Public Library is partnering with OCLC and Redbox to host a family friendly movie night in the Civic Center Plaza in front of the Civic Center Library on Friday, October 17.
The Library will be screening a 1984 classic film Ghostbusters, featuring three unemployed parapsychology professors who set up shop as a unique ghost removal service (rated PG), in celebration of the 30th anniversary of its release.
The movie will start at 6:00 p.m., and there will be a children’s slime craft in the Library courtyard at 5:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or beach chairs. This free event is open to all ages. For more information, call 760-435-5600.
