Oceanside CA– Bagby Beer Company has filled their management positions and are now looking to staff the rest of their positions with top quality people. The Bagby Brewing Company will have 9,000 square feet of interior space with more space for outdoor gardens and seating when it opens in late May or early June.
Front of House

Responsible for delivering the very best the Bagby Beer Company will offer, the Front of House team will be critical to our success.
Each member of this team is warm, friendly, and confident, and brings plenty of experience in one or more high-volume, fast-paced restaurants. FOH team members will have a keen interest in and knowledge of craft beer (locally and otherwise), wine, and spirits, and will be eager to learn more and to grow within the team. Empowered by continued training, guidance, and education, FOH team members will be thrilled to provide a superb experience every shift, and for every guest. Trusted with delivering the Bagby Beer Company’s vision to the community, our Front of House team will serve as the new standard for a restaurant experience in San Diego, and beyond.
General Qualifications:
– at least 3-5 years experience as a server, bartender, or busser
– Strong desire to “do it right” in the restaurant industry
– Craft beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
– Naturally giving, with a curious and passionate personality
– Clear and honest communicator
– Team-focused vs self-focused
– Interested in advancing within Bagby Beer Company
Back of House
Line Cooks | Prep Cooks | Dishwashers
Responsible for ensuring our guests have the very best the Bagby Beer Company will offer, the Back of House team will be critical to our success.
Each member of this team is a dedicated team player, and brings plenty of experience in one or more high-volume, fast-paced kitchens. BOH team members will have a clear knowledge and understanding of the flow of a very busy commercial kitchen, and will be eager to learn more and to grow within the team. Working with Chef and empowered by continuing education and training, BOH team members will look for opportunities to be recognized, and will work towards advancing into roles of increasing responsibility over time.
General Qualifications:
– at least 2-5 years experience as a dishwasher, prep cook, or line cook
– Dependable and available
– Clear and honest communicator
– Team-focused vs self-focused
