San Diego County CA— The CIF-San Diego Section Playoffs selections have been made and all the local teams will be traveling for their round first game.
Oceanside (8-2, 4-2 in league) has a bye the first week and will travel to Rancho Bernardo on November 18. The Broncos are undefeated this year(10-,6-0) and won convincingly on the road over previously undefeated Poway(9-1, 5-1) last night, 35-14. Oceanside and RB did not meet previously this season.
El Camino(3-7, 1-5) at Point Loma(4-6, 1-3) on November 11, 2016- 7:00pm. The Wildcats, at home, defeated the Pointers 21-8 in the first game of the season.
Carlsbad(3-7, 1-5) at Steele Canyon(3-7,1-4), November 11, 2016- 7:00pm. The two teams did not meet previously this season.
La Costa Canyon(5-5, 3-3) has a bye and their opponent is TBD
Vista(3-7, 2-4) will travel to Ramona(5-5, 3-3). on November 11, 2016- 7:00pm. The two teams met the fifth game of the season with Vista winning on the road, 28-20.
Rancho Buena Vista(3-7, 2-2) will play at Morse(6-4, 2-2) November 11, 2016- 7:00pm. The two teams did not meet previously this season.
Mission Hills(6-4, 4-2) will play at Grossmont(9-1, 4-1) Friday, November 18, 7:00pm.
