Oceanside CA— No sign of El Nino here. Another weekend of epic summer weather and Oceanside delivered again with perfect 2 to 3 foot waves. After two events, Muirlands is still looking strong and winning their 2nd surf event of the season. They had 3 boys in the shortboard final with Mick Davey, 1st, Jacob Kelly 2nd and Raphael Castro 4th. In Boys and Girls Longboard Arturo Guerzoni from Aviara Oaks and Jordyn Kelly from Muirlands each scored their first wins. Olivia Pessanha from Earl Warren, Girls Shortboard and Tommy Capps, Valley, Bodyboard, have now locked down 2 first place finishes extending their lead for the season.
