Carlsbad CA— Join iconic Napa Valley winery, Grgich Hills Estate, for a virtual wine and cheese pairing event hosted by Gelson’s Markets. Featuring guest speakers from Grgich Hills, President Violet Grgich and Winemaker Ivo Jeramaz will discuss the tasting notes and flavors behind their world-class wines. Selected wines will include Grgich Hills Fume Blanc and Grgich Hills Cabernet Sauvignon to be paired with Gelson’s custom selection cheese plate – Cotswold Cheese, Aged White Cheddar, Montchevre Goat Cheese, Melkbus Truffle Gouda and assorted fruits, nuts and dark chocolate.
The virtual event will take place via Zoom on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 7 p.m. Guests can reserve their virtual seat for $1 by visiting https://www.gelsons.com/grgich. Additional wine and cheese pricing and dates for pickup will be sent via a confirmation email.
