ENCINITAS — The Rhoades School offers a variety of summer camps for 2024, from arts and specialty to sports, including a WorldStrides Hawaii trip.
The camps run June through August and are divided into three categories:
Day camps: Students will cover topics in science, nature, and creative and performing arts, and can participate in a variety of sports and games.
Specialty camps: Specific camps offer hands-on activities in game design, filmmaking and animation, and Dungeons and Dragons.
Academic camps: These camps focus on specific academic subjects, from math and robotics to literature and creative writing. Students work together and independently.
The Rhoades School also offers an opportunity to travel to Hawaii for a hands-on educational experience offered through WorldStrides. Students will explore the diverse ecosystems of the Big Island and Oahu, among other activities.
