ENCINITAS — Full Moon Poets presents its next La Paloma Winter Poetry Slam on Feb. 24, 6 p.m., at the La Paloma Theatre in downtown Encinitas, 471 S. Coast Highway 101. Admission is free. Poets who want to enter should arrive at 5 p.m., organizers said in an announcement. Full Moon Poets presents poetry two slams per year at La Paloma, one in winter and one in summer.
