ENCINITAS — Santa Claus returns to downtown Encinitas for the holiday season with visits to the Lumberyard and Pacific Station malls this month, Downtown Encinitas MainStreet Association announced. Santa will be at The Lumberyard Courtyard, at Coast Highway 101 and H Street, on Dec. 13.
