In a story published Oct. 14, 2021, about the Encinitas City Council’s approval of an operating agreement with Jewish Family Service for a Safe Parking Lot program, Deputy Mayor Tony Kranz was inadvertently referred to is the late Jerry Kranz, Tony Kranz’s father and longtime Encinitas educator.
