The fall season entered with the last week of September, and with it the launch of Oktoberfest celebrations around North San Diego County, including one of the most noteworthy in Encinitas.

Just as September started off with a variety of weather (with a lead-in by a tropical storm in late August), North San Diego County has an eclectic mix of events, including an early start to Oktoberfest with Encinitas’ annual event slated for the end of the month.
