Vista Deputy Mayor Katie Melendez will return to the City Council after winning reelection on November's ballot, according to final results Dec. 3 from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters.
The vote was close since Election Day, but in the end, Esther Sanchez clung to an eventual lead that gained her another term as Oceanside’s mayor, according to official results Dec. 3 from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters.
