Stepping into spring, Broken Yolk Cafe debuts two new seasonal entrees with a fresh perspective on classics.
Beginning with Smoked Salmon Benedict, the dish starts with a toasted English muffin topped with arugula, smoked salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise, dill and capers. The beautiful colors and freshness were inspired by spring flavors.
Second, Avocado Toast is amped up with smoked salmon, house-made pickled onions, dill and capers.
Finally, Lavender Lemonade is a booze-free mocktail featuring fresh squeezed lemonade with a beautiful lavender hue. The items were conceived and created by Director of Culinary Maria Gelastopoulos and will run through March 31 at participating locations.
