Their efforts over the last six years has brought more than 400 film productions to Fuji.
When people see their city or their company on TV or in the movies, local citizens enjoy watching and talking about it.
Tourist enjoy visiting the area where the filming has taken place. For example, it can be a thrill of a life-time for students who study at school and then see themselves showing up on some film or television show.
The same is true for Oceanside with the movie Top Gun. Tom Cruise’s motorbike stops at a small house in Oceanside by the beach and his partner, goose, sings at the Kansas City Barbecue restaurant. Tourists like to visit those locations bringing with them money to spend in town.
When you need Japanese scenes of Mt. Fuji or the dynamic natural resources of Fuji for you production, the Film Commission of Fuji will be able to assist you with everything from logistics to casting.
