Oceanside CA – Boys and Girls Clubs of Oceanside is gearing up to celebrate their first annual Day For Kids event to highlight the critical needs of children in the community. Day for Kids celebrates the life changing work taking place at Boys and Girls Clubs each day by encouraging adults to spend meaningful time with young people and engage in fun and active play.
Boys and Girls Clubs of Oceanside event is just one of hundreds of Day for Kids events planned nationwide. Their event is on Saturday, September, 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at their Townsite Clubhouse on 401 Country Club Lane, Oceanside, CA 92054. This free family event will feature a carnival-like atmosphere with Boys & Girls Club activities, relay races, community organizations, food and live entertainment.
They are expecting over 200 participants including families, community vendors, volunteers and board members.
