Oceanside CA- The oldest amateur surfing association in the United States and the largest on the West Coast, the Western Surfing Association,(WSA) is holding a Championship Tour Surfing competition at the South Jetty this weekend. The event will qualify competitors to the West Coast Championship, US Championships and prime events.
Conditions favor technical surfers that can get the most out of a wave this weekend with small sets of 1-2′ forecast for the competition. The event is at the Oceanside Harbor, South Jetty, 7:00AM-5:00PM, Saturday and Sunday.
