Oceanside CA- Officials at Camp Pendleton have issued a noise advisory for activity on base this week. Marine Corps aircraft units will be dropping 500 pound high explosive bombs in the Zulu impact area from noon to 2 PM., Thursday. Depending on atmospheric conditions, the sound of the explosions may be amplified and heard up to 50 miles away.

Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact areas.
-FA18/AV8B (FW) = 1215-1400
Dropping MK-82 (500lb.) bombs into Zulu Impact area.
Friday, Dec. 06
-Mortar Fire = 0600-2359
Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact areas.
-Artillery Fire = 0600-2359
Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact areas.
