The egregious and underhanded North River Farms Project is meeting much citizen resistance.
We need 12,000 signatures by December 20, 2019 on the official petition to get this issue put up for a vote by WE THE PEOPLE.
There are now volunteer citizens daily at many venues throughout the city. Especially in the northern areas, and currently at shopping locations, parks, beaches, also going door to door signing up registered voters to get this issue on the next election ballot.
We need a lot more signatures to achieve this goal folks.

If you care about the quality of life in this lovely little city, sign this petition to place this issue on the ballot. Do not allow developers such as Integral Communities to shade the truth or trick you. They do not live here, they only want to make more money here, at the expense of the lovely still open farmlands in N/E O’side.
These are important Farmlands that have long been zoned agricultural. Now they are in serious jeopardy, having been rezoned by 3 City Council Members to allow sprawl development.
BUT WE CAN STILL STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING WITH YOUR HELP!
Read the article in this publication (Osidenews), about the lawsuit brought against the city by “Preserve Calavera” to stop this project. It is very informative indeed.
