Oceanside CA— EōS Fitness, 3533 Cannon Rd in Oceanside is now offering a expanded cancer survivor fitness classes Monday 2pm, Tuesday 3pm, Thursday 3pm and Thursday 7.30pm. The classes are small, intimate classes of between 5-10 people and are designed for anyone surviving cancer at any stage of treatment and help keep energy up with lots of muscular benefits. They range from gentle fitness to help get people moving, to yoga and physical therapy classes
In partnership with North County Cancer Fitness, members of the community can take part in special classes designed specifically to help recovery and stress during treatment.
