Update: Missing juvenile has been located, thank you for your assistance
Oceanside CA— Oceanside Police are looking for a missing 13-year-old, last seen in the downtown area near the beach. The missing juvenile is Jacob Musser. Musser is mixed race (black and white) with short brown curly hair and brown eyes. He is described as 5’01 and 90 pounds and was last seen wearing a navy blue collared shirt, blue board shorts, and flip flops.
